Hello again! It’s hard to believe, but it’s time to start gathering your goods for Jazzy Junque! Thank you to all of you who have worked so hard on this important event in the past; we hope that you will continue to do so.

This summer I have been setting aside lightly worn lady’s clothing that I haven’t worn in a year or so. I hope that you have or will, as well. Folding clothing neatly or keeping them on hangers makes it easy for the ladies who work so hard to make our dis plays so appealing. We also love to receive donations of tchotchkes for Jazzy Junque and for the Nosh event in December.

In addition, furniture and other nice items that are small enough for easy transport, including linens, books, Pyrex, toys, lamps and lovely jewelry are always gratefully accept ed. Please remember that we do not accept men’s clothing, analog TVs, non-working appliances, or car seats.

New workers are always welcome! Please call the JCF office at 607-734 8122 for information on volunteering or for drop-off times. We will begin accepting donations on September 27th, 9 am to 12 pm. We’ll be work ing most mornings in late September, October, and early November, holi days excluded. The last day for ac cepting donations is Wednesday, November 4th. Donation acknowl edgments for tax purposes are avail able upon request. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, November 8th and Monday, November. 9th for Jazzy Junque and time spent together…
